The Portage Chamber of Commerce will host a one hour, free seminar on March 5, 2014 at 8am at the University Center Building on Central Ave. in Portage. This event is part of the Chamber's Rise and Shine Series, which is offered FREE to the public on the first Wed. of every month. Various topics discussed include law, medical, financial, health etc.
On March 5, the topic will be the Porter County Triad which is a partnership of law enforcement, area seniors, senior healthcare providers, clergy, social service organizations and state and local agencies dedicated to creating a sense of belonging among the experienced and valued segment of our society, our seniors.
