Bishop Noll Band to Participate in Annual Thanksgiving Tradition

Bishop-Noll-Marching-Band-2017-resizedContinuing a Thanksgiving tradition, Bishop Noll Marching Warriors will bring their musical talents to State Street for the McDonald’s Thanksgiving Parade.

The parade takes place Thanksgiving morning from 8 to 11 a.m. along beginning at Congress and moving northbound to Randolph. The route is approximately 1 mile long.

The parade will be shown on WGN Channel 9 and livestreamed at WGNTV.com.

This performance will be near the end of the BNI marching season.

In October the band presented its “As Dreamers Do” competition show at Crown Point High School and received a second-place silver trophy in its category. Band members also marched in the Chicago Columbus Day Parade with the BNI dance and cheer teams and received the prestigious Espirit de Corps award. Visit bishopnoll.org for more information.
