Childbirth Refresher

Event Information

For couples who have already had a baby, this course is a review of the labor and birth process and provides a refresher on breathing and relaxation techniques.  The next class meets November 23 from 3 - 7 p.m. in the Women & Children’s Pavilion classroom at Porter Regional Hospital.  Pre-registration is required.
