Chicago Street Theatre Presents: "Betrayal" by Harold Pinter
Chicago Street Theatre is not one to shy away from new or difficult works to bring audiences a rounded experience that celebrates all that the theatre arts have to offer. February 23-26 they will treat audiences to Harold Pinter's contemporary masterpiece- Betrayal in their upstairs Edith B. Wood Studio Theatre at Chicago Street. This much celebrated work gained critical acclaim on both London's West End and Broadway for its innovative storytelling of the explosive affair that tears apart three close friends.
La Porte High School Show Choir: The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley
The LaPorte HS Show Choir will present The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley, based on the popular children's books. The performances will take place on Friday, February 24 at 7:00 pm and Sunday, February 26 at 2:00 pm in the High School Auditorium. It’s an event for the whole family!
Fish-On Portage's Annual Fishing & Outdoor Show
The Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Sea Quest Lures will be hosting their First Annual Fishing and Outdoor Show. Fish-On Portage is a two day event will feature four seminars per day, booths, and more.
FeBREWary Beerfest
2nd Annual Indoor Beerfest featuring 25+ regional and national craft breweries. Enjoy entertainment by local musician Greg Ashby & Friends. Food will be available for purchase during the event. Advance tickets are $40 and also available at Patrician Banquets, Finnegan's Pub.

Michigan City Black History Month Committee All Age Talent Show
Michigan City Black History Month Committe presents 3rd Annual Michigan City Black History Month Talent Show! Hosted by Top Shelf Poetry, All ages are welcome to audition to be a part of the show. Cash Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Special guest judges in the building will be choosing the winners. Admission is $1 or a donation of canned goods.
Polar Plunge at Valparaiso University
Valparaiso University and the Special Olympics of Indiana come together for the 2017 Polar Plunge, an event raising awareness and funds to sponsor the Special Olympics throughout the state. This is the seventh year the University will host the event.
5th Annual Spaghetti Dinner Benefit
The Portage Community Garden (PCG) is a non profit organization that has raised and given away 20,000 pounds of produce since it's inception. Help PCG get a jump on raising the next 20,000 lbs by attending their annual fundraising dinner.
