Portage Firefighters Local 3151 will be hosting its 24th Annual Scholarship Golf Outing on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Indian Ridge Golf Course with a 9am shotgun start. Every penny raised is given as scholarships which are awarded annually to graduating Portage High School seniors who will be attending college, to help offset the cost of their education. Since the beginning, Portage Firefighters Local 3151, with the help from our business community, has given away over $25,000 in scholarships to our high school seniors.
The cost is $100.00 per golfer; along with a round of golf this includes continental breakfast, drinks, hot dogs at the turn, door prizes, 50/50 raffles, and a roast hog/roast chicken dinner afterward at the golf course. Golf reservations are limited to 144 golfers and the slots are filling fast.
Hole sponsorship is available, for $100 or $135 for new sponsors.
