Adoption Fees Waived for Cats at Humane Society

Humane-Society-Calumet-AreaHumane Society Calumet Area kicks off the New Year with a CATerrific Adoption Event featuring waived adoption fees for adult cats Jan. 2 through 4.

The adoption special is open to the public and the event takes place from noon to 6:30 p.m. Friday through Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at the shelter located at 421 45th St, Munster, Ind.

All adoptions require an approved application and standard adoption procedures apply. Some exclusions and additional fees may apply.

Founded by concerned citizen Miss Evelyn Sweitzer in 1941, Humane Society Calumet Area aims to lead the community in the humane treatment of animals by providing vital community services.
