The Alzheimer’s Association offers support groups in multiple locations, dates and times in Northwest Indiana.
These support groups meet monthly to provide caregivers with an opportunity to share their experiences and receive support from others coping with memory loss, dementia and/or Alzheimer’s disease.
Lake County
Hobart: 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. St. Mary Medical Center Auditorium, 1500 S. Lake Park Avenue
Munster: 4th Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Hammond Clinic, 7905 Calumet, Munster
LaPorte County
LaPorte: 2nd Wed of the month at 1:00 p.m. LaPorte Hospital, 1007 Lincolnway
Porter County
Chesterton: 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Westchester Library-Thomas Branch, 200 W. Indiana Avenue
Valparaiso: 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Porter Hospital-Education and Rehabilitation Center, 1401 Calumet Avenue
