It’s the time of year to get together and celebrate with those that mean the most to us. For Benjamin F. Edwards & Co.’s Chesterton branch, this meant celebrating with co-workers with food, drinks, and overall cheer. The staff came together at Managing Director of Investments and Branch Manager Cliff Bryan’s home for an evening of fun and laughs. Fitting, since a defining aspect of the firm’s business model is a strong sense of family and community for both its financial advisors and clientele.
“The culture within the workplace is all about family,” said Bryan. “We want everyone to happily come into work every morning, get along with their co-workers, and take care of their clients first and foremost.”

The staff also came together this evening in remembrance of a family who recently lost their mother. The staff gave generous donations of diapers, baby formula, clothes, toys, and other baby materials to the father and two-month-old daughter in hopes to make the holiday season a little brighter for them.
“It is satisfying to be a part of this firm and to give back to those who need,” said Bryan. “We are all interconnected through our strong family and work lives, and everyone is encouraged to give back and volunteer. By helping others, we propel ourselves forward as well.”
