Bishop Noll Institute is joining the fun of Pierogi Fest by creating a float for this year’s Polka Parade starting at 7 p.m. July 27 along 119th Street in Whiting.
Alumni have worked hard to plan this year's float, which will focus on the Past, Present and Future of Bishop Noll as the Catholic high school in Hammond nears its 100th birthday.
All Bishop Noll alumni and friends are also invited to meet before or after the parade in a private room at the Center Lounge, 1312 - 119th St. Hours are 3 to 10 p.m.
"This promises to be a lot of fun," BNI President Paul Mullaney said. "The enthusiasm shown by our alumni in preparing the float and related festivities is contagious. I can't wait to celebrate our history, our alumni, our current students and our future, which is being solidified by our Ignite & Inspire capital campaign."
