On Tuesday, May 12th, students in Mrs. Nowak’s 7th Grade Family Consumer Science classes had an opportunity to try an unusual source of food, bugs!
After learning many places around the world, including the United States, eat insects, they sampled Mexican Spice Larvettes, Sour Cream & Onion or Salt & Vinegar Crickets. Some students were hesitant to try them and others enjoyed them and went back for seconds and thirds!
