Calvary Church and Aldi Foods Partner to Help the Needy

This Holiday Season Calvary Church in Valparaiso is partnering with Aldi Foods to provide assistance to families in need.  While the church is committed to helping people throughout the year, Senior Pastor Lionel Young announced this week that they will be making more intentional efforts to help people throughout the community during the holidays.  In addition, the church also plans to provide assistance for the Spring Valley Shelter as well as The Caring Place, which is a local shelter for victims of domestic abuse.

Members of Calvary Church are supporting this initiative through their gifts to the church’s Compassion Fund.  Persons who have special needs during the holiday season may contact Pastor Josh Reasoner at the church office at 219.462.4026.  Calvary Church is a nondenominational community of 750 worshippers located one mile north of Valparaiso University on Roosevelt Road.  For more information on service times and location, go to the church’s website at www.calvaryweb.net
