This has been another fantastic year for the CPHS VEX Robotics Team 1233 Underdogs. Since it began 7 years ago, they have received 50 trophies and participated in 7 World Championships.
April 20 through April 23, the Crown Point High School VEX Robotic Teams 1233A & C Underdogs participated in the VEX World Championship at the Louisville Expo Center in Louisville Kentucky. Over 1,000 teams from 31 countries competed in four areas; Elementary, Middle School, High School, and College and vied for the top spots in each group.
The CPHS VEX Robotics Teams competed in the High School Division consisting of 500 teams. Team A finished with an impression 7 and 3 record and receiving the Service Award for their part in helping teams in their division. Team C finished with a respectable 5 and 5 record. Team A was also the highest ranked High School Team from the 12 Indiana Robotics Teams competing at the event. CPHS continues to be one of the top Schools in Indiana for VEX Robotics.
