Once Center for Hospice Care's Elkhart office was opened, Hospice Foundation embarked on an initiative to develop the outdoor grounds of the 11-acre campus. There, patients, families and guests enjoy the soothing comfort of nature – a pleasant walk, sitting quietly – providing an invaluable source of calm and contentment.
The Elkhart Campus' Gardens of Remembrance and Renewal offer opportunities to remember loved ones by designating outdoor features of the campus to be named in their honor. Your generous donation enables you to place the name of a loved one on a brick that will be inlaid into the walking track and become a permanent part of our campus. Your gift also helps us continue our promise that no one eligible for hospice services will be turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
To continue to remember your loved ones, Center for Hospice Care staff conducts an annual memorial dedication service to recognize and honor patients we have served. This year's event will take place on Tuesday, June 6. To ensure that your brick is placed in time for the event, please make your donation by April 14.
