Members of the Golfview community were treated to a special surprise on Sunday, August 11. The apartment community invited everyone to the property reveal of two newly renovated apartments.
Angela Blackwell, community manager, was excited about the anticipation of presenting the property reveal. She's excited that they can present members of the Valparaiso community and resident a newly renovated product.
"We are revealing our newly renovated models to show the residents and the community what has been happening at Golfview since the change in ownership. We are showcasing the finished product as well as the new standard of the apartments moving forward. Today is the beginning of what's in store for the future of Golfview."
Model apartments were made available for viewing from 3 to 6 p.m. Blackwell is confident that these renovations will stand out to all that have the opportunity to attend today.
"We are excited to be able to offer a newly renovated product and hope it will spark the attention of current residents of Valparaiso and abroad. We've made a lot of upgrades that we hope the community will really appreciate."
"Although renovations are still underway, the property reveal was planned to give a sneak peek of what's to come. We came to Golfview as new ownership in April, in which time it was decided that Golfview would undergo renovation. We hope the community is as excited about the changes as we are." There were plenty of current Golfview residents who toured both model apartments. Along with checking out the model apartments, anyone in attendance throughout the community was treated to some fun by a few vendors to celebrate the occasion. Big Mike's food truck and State Farm provided attendees with food, desserts, and additional information.
This expansion is only the start of what's to come for the Golfview community. Blackwell can't wait to see the positive impact it leaves on their residential family. "I'm looking forward to the introduction of the new Golfview," Blackwell said. "I'm very excited for what's to come. I think it's going to bring a lot of value to the community."
