Effective February 13, 2025, Goshen Hospital will implement new visitor restrictions in response to the high transmission rates of respiratory illnesses in the community. These measures are designed to protect patients, visitors, and Colleagues.
The new guidelines for the Goshen Hospital including the Center for Cancer Care are as follows:
- Visitors must be a healthy adult, 18 years or older.
- A maximum of two visitors per patient at any given time. Healthy adults may rotate. A clergy member will be allowed in addition to the two visitors.
- The Birthplace: two visitors in the room at one time, may rotate, in addition to one pre-approved doula.
- Exceptions can be made for end-of-life situations.

We understand that these restrictions may not be each family’s preference, but they are necessary to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
