2012 has been an incredibly busy year for Bert Cook and the Greater La Porte Economic Development Corporation (GLEDC), with the groundbreaking for the Thomas Rose Industrial Park, the Inland Logistics Groundbreaking, Winn Machine expanding into La Porte, and a strong partnership with La Porte Mayor Blair Milo to bring jobs to the city and county.
Building upon that excellent progress, GLEDC recently partnered with Morse + Harris Marketing to completely upgrade their website, which has recently been relaunched at www.gledc.com.
“We wanted to bring all the information that a site selector would need including available properties, updates for ongoing projects, and site selection tools into one clean, easy to navigate place,” noted Cook, Executive Director of GLEDC. “Morse + Harris was truly a partner in accomplishing that from the design, copywriting, photography, and integration of our ideas all the way down to getting us set up with our computers, iPads, phones and everything else involved.”
Stacey Harris, Managing Partner at Morse + Harris commented, “Morse + Harris was honored to work with GLEDC on its new website. Our goal was to design a dynamic and functional website with a clean and simple feeling. Everyone at GLEDC works hard to bring new business to the La Porte area, and we felt it was important to highlight their hard work and dedication to the community.”
