Grant applications for programs and projects that align with Health Foundation of La Porte, or HFL’s, strategic priorities of Healthy Children, Healthy Living, Healthy Minds, as well as Healthy La Porte will be accepted beginning January 10, 2025, through HFL's online grant portal.
Applications to apply for a grant over $25,000 require a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) as a first step. LOIs are due by January 31 and must be submitted through the online grant portal. Only applicants who receive a favorable response to their LOI will be invited to submit a full proposal.
Please note that HFL does not consider requests for Healthy La Porte grants over $25,000.

Save the Date for AED Grant Applications
Each year, La Porte County nonprofit organizations and governmental entities can apply for AED grants from HFL.
AEDs (automated external defibrillators) are life-saving devices that help people survive sudden cardiac arrest.
Grant requests for AEDs, cabinets, and signage are accepted beginning February 14 each year. Apply early as AED grants are limited.
To be eligible, applicants must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization or a governmental entity. Requests for AED grants are only accepted through HFL's grant portal.
