The River Valley Garden Club will present “Honeybees and Pollination” on Tuesday, June 18, at Harbert Community Church, at the corner of Three Oaks and Harbert Roads in Sawyer.
Doug and Annie Anderson are the guest speakers. They are co-owners of Buck’s Sweet Thing and Beekeeping Services, a migratory beekeeping operation. They specialize in pollination services and will have a variety of honey for sale at the meeting.
The meeting begins at 1:00 p.m. with a social hour and business meeting. The speakers will begin at 2:00 p.m. The meetings are open and guests are always welcome.
The River Valley Garden Club is involved in service projects throughout the year. Members come from Indiana and throughout southwest Michigan.
