The community is invited to the La Porte High School Performing Arts Center, 602 F Street, on Thursday, October 26, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. for the 2023 Candidate Forum. This forum will give City of La Porte residents the opportunity to have their voices heard by those running in the November 7 election.
Bert Cook will moderate this public event, wherein each candidate will have an opportunity to make an opening statement, answer three questions, and make a closing statement.
Attendees wishing to pose a question to the candidates may do so by submitting their question(s) in writing at the event or online ahead of time at https://forms.gle/bY1uGm7DyuJHeC957. Questions will be prioritized by topic, with the moderator asking the most frequently submitted questions first.
