Job Description Summary
We're looking for a motivated Office Manager to join Latitude Commercial. The core responsibilities will be to assist the President in the execution of organizational and personal goals. This person will work side by side with the President and must be very organized and task oriented. We are seeking a talented individual who is committed to excellence and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Onboard new employees.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Note taking in meetings.
- Manage Calendars
- Schedule Showings
- Prepare (PowerPoint) presentations.
- Help prepare lease estoppels.
- Maintain Files & tracking for the office.
- Cold calling
- Assist Brokers with research.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Meeting/Event Planning
- Order & Maintain Supplies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent MS Office Skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of One Drive & Teams
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
