Latitude Commercial, takes on new three-tenant property for commercial management
Latitude Commercial has signed a Property Management Agreement for a 8,560 square foot retail center in Michigan City, IN, located on the South side of Michigan City off Franklin Street. The plaza has multiple national tenants which provides a great mix for retail customers.
The Latitude Property Management Division is excited to work with both the tenants and the ownership. “We are grateful to be taking over management for our client’s property.
