This is the first year Portage High School's business department has offered a Computer Tech course. PHS students are learning the intricacies of disassembling and building computers. Students also learn how computer component work, how they interact, how to troubleshoot, and how to repair them. Students come to this class with having either no knowledge about how computers work or having built one themselves. Mr. Bachan, their instructor, appreciates the students' enthusiasm for this class.
