Dr. Lott and Dr. Hess are experts in the field of OB/GYN medicine and are located in NorthShore’s state-of –art clinic facility at 3564 Scottsdale St., in Portage, IN. We are dedicated to providing quality health care to all individuals in our communities, regardless of the ability to pay. Our full service OB/GYN Department offers the following services:
