Northwest Health to Present January HealthyU Event  Five Actionable Steps to Boost Your Immune System

To learn how to build a robust immune system, join family medicine physician Chike Okolocha, DO, as he leads Northwest Health’s next HealthyU wellness seminar entitled Five Actionable Steps to Boost Your Immune System. The free event will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 in the Community Room at Northwest Health – Porter located at 85 East US Hwy. 6 in Valparaiso.

During the presentation, Dr. Okolocha will share actionable steps to help you fight infection, viruses and other illnesses during these colder months when colds, flus and other respiratory illnesses are most prevalent.
