Northwest Health recently welcomed neurologist, Asia Filatov, MD, MBA, to Northwest Medical Group. Dr. Filatov joined the practice of Richard Strawsburg, MD, at Northwest Medical Group – Neurology and will be seeing patients at Northwest Health – Valparaiso, 2000 Roosevelt Road, Suite 201 in Valparaiso.
Dr. Filatov received her medical degree from Caribbean Medical University in Rosemont, Illinois and completed a residency in neurology at the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Filatov treats all types of neurological disorders including epilepsy, dementia, movement and neuromuscular issues. She has a special interest in headache and migraine treatment as well as stroke prevention.
