This past Saturday, the Notre Dame men’s basketball team discovered something they desperately needed: belief. For the first time since sophomore point guard Markus Burton went down with a knee injury on November 26, the Irish broke through. They secured a victory—a home win, an ACC win, over Syracuse which gave them a much-needed morale boost as the Irish snapped a five-game losing streak.

Wednesday night the Irish go back out of conference play to face the Big Green of Dartmouth out of the Ivy League.
