Lead Patient Access Representative Kristie Bilbo couldn’t agree more.

As a patient access representative, Bilbo sees the connection between the front office and the patient as key to NW Indiana ER & Hospital’s success.

“As the lead patient access representative, I serve as the liaison between the administrative team and the front desk staff,” said Bilbo. “At NW Indiana ER & Hospital, we understand that healthcare doesn’t have to be scary and stressful. If I can make it just a little bit easier or more comfortable for a patient or family, it makes me proud.”

“We have plenty of goodies that we hand out to patients to help them,” said Ramirez. “We have stuffed animals for the little ones, and we are always willing to sit down and help patients fill out any forms and answer any of their questions.”
