Online Voter Registration Now Available

Indiana residents can now go online to register to vote or update their voter registration record at www.indianavoters.com.

Indiana residents with a valid Indiana driver's license or Indiana state-issued identification card can use the online service. Residents still have the options of registering by mail or in-person at a county voter registration office, the Indiana Election Division or a branch office of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

To confirm voter registration, find a polling place or register to vote online, please visit the Statewide Voter Registration System at www.indianavoters.com. For more information on the online voter registration system, please see the Indiana Election Division's Online Voter Registration FAQs (PDF).

The deadline for registering to participate in the November 2010 General Election is midnight on Monday, October 4, 2010.

A result of House Enrolled Act 1346 unanimously approved by the Indiana General Assembly in 2009, online voter registration became available on July 1, 2010.
