From anywhere within about a 40 mile (or one hour) radius from the dealership, its service team will come out to your vehicle, take it to the dealership, and bring it back when the work is finished – free of charge.
“This is something we offer for any vehicle, all makes and models,” said Bo Kamdar, sales consultant at Patriot INFINITI of Merrillville. “Let’s say you need an oil change. We’ll come by your office and pick up your vehicle, we’ll bring it here to the dealership, do the oil change, give it a car wash, and drop it back off before you’re off work.”
Whether you are at home caring for your children and your car is parked in the driveway, or you are at your office making sales calls – the Patriot INFINITI team will make the trip.
“You don’t have to come with us, you don’t have to sit and wait in our lounge,” Kamdar said. “You can wait in the comfort of your own home, or stay at work without disrupting your schedule.”
The offer is open for any and all maintenance, from a tire rotation to brake pad replacement. As long as the car is safe to drive, Patriot INFINITI’s valet service is available.
“It’s totally free of charge and more and more people are using it,” said Nick Stasil, service manager at Patriot INFINITI of Merrillville. “All you need to do is let us know that you want us to pick-up your car when you call us to schedule your service.”
If the work your vehicle needs is more extensive, the dealership will even offer a temporary replacement vehicle for you to use.
“Say I’m going to need your car for a couple days, in that case we’ll bring you a car,” Stasil said. “As long as you qualify, we’ll bring you a loaner so you’re not stuck without a vehicle.”
