Despite the inclement weather, the Portage Streets and Sanitation Department was out, clearing the roads and the garbage and providing Portage residents with the consistent, quality service they provide on a daily basis. No amount of snow will stop these guys from picking up garbage. Fighting slippery roads, slow traffic, and constant, falling snow, the men persevered and helped keep Portage clean on a day when weather conditions created a mess.
