Kyle Elementary
Mrs. Marquart's 4th gr. class earned a pajama day for following the Critical Values as a class throughout the school day. They had to earn 5 stars and have achieved this already. What better way to enjoy this then reading their favorite book!

Saylor Elementary
Saylor 1st grade classes took a trip to the South Haven Library on Wednesday. Students heard various stories from books like "Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons," "The Nuts" and "Shhh". They also get to read independently for a while, or check out books if they bring their public library card with them. It's a wonderful opportunity for our students to get familiar with their public library.

PHS English Department
Freshmen in Amy Burke and Kathleen Kollar's English classes used their iPads to do "Me in a Minute" video presentations. They began the year with a writing assignment, they reviewed the criteria for effective essay writing, and took publishing a step further by incorporating an autobiographical video presentation using programs like iMovie and Animoto.
