Together We Can Achieve So Much More
Thank you to all the members, sponsors and community who participated in our two recent events, Halloween Trick or Treat Trail Walk on Oct. 10th and Witches Brew on Nov. 1st. Our Annual Campaign numbers increased by 33.3%! These funds allow us to provide services to everyone regardless of their financial situation. Please consider a gift to the Y.

Why the Y?
Exercise and eating a healthy diet may help you prevent diabetes.

We want to invite you to make the best us of your time here at the YMCA.

If you need advice with your blood sugar levels, please stop in to Danny Gonzalez's office, our healthcare partner, St. Mary Medical Center onsite nurse.

Ross Bunchek and our Wellness Team is available to answer questions, provide instruction on the equipment and set you up for success by recommending our personal trainers or Group Ex classes.

Here's a great list of "super foods" from the American Diabetes Association.
