Profound Research, a leading clinical research agency with over 25 sites nationwide, an extensive network of 700+ physicians, and a patient base of more than 750,000, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 1,500 square feet of space at The Pavilions of Hobart, located at 1441 Lake Park Ave in Hobart, Indiana.
The lease transaction was successfully brokered by Antony Miocic, Director of Office Group at Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial, who represented Profound Research. The landlord was represented by John O’Malley, also of Latitude Commercial.
