The Northwest ISBDC is partnering with Anna Sheets of Accounting Made Simple to offer a QuickBooks essentials event from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays June 20 and 27 at the Purdue University North Central Graduate Building, 600 Vale Park Road, in Room 20.
The two-part workshop for new users will detail core bookkeeping functions including: accounting primer, getting started, navigating QuickBooks, managing lists, working with bank accounts, recording sales, receiving payments, making deposits and entering and paying bills. Participants receive class materials and instructor follow-up as well as a certificate upon completion.
