Holladay Properties recently celebrated the opening of a new Medical Office Building in Valparaiso, IN. Holladay Properties partnered with Holladay Construction Group and Northwest Health to construct this primary care building in the North End Business District in Valparaiso at 2505 Calumet Avenue.
Holladay Construction Group was the General Contractor for this new Northwest Medical Group location. The project team was led by Ryan Kelly, Vice President of Development, and Jessica Vargas, Project Architect.
This building is the 4th medical office building that Holladay has worked on with Northwest Health. Previous buildings from this partnership include New Porte Landing, LaPorte, Porter Medical Office Building, and the Johnson Road Medical Office Building in Michigan City. Holladay Properties is also one of the nation’s leaders in Medical Offices, with experience developing, designing, building, and managing these spaces.
This 20,187 square foot medical office building is located in Viking Place Park in the North End Business District and offers primary care services to those in the Valparaiso area. The facility is easily accessible, being only 10 minutes from an existing Northwest Health hospital and less than 5 minutes from Highway 49 and the Vale Park Interchange.
This project expands Holladay’s existing Medical Office Building portfolio and builds on the company’s partnership with Northwest Health.
