Robert Taft Middle School Drama Club Finishes Production of “Annie Jr.”

Robert-Taft-Middle-School-Drama-Club-Collage-03-27-15Robert A. Taft Middle Schools’ Drama Club just finished their production of Annie Jr. and it was a hit! Congratulations to all cast and crew on a spectacular performance. Abigail Hall, 6th grader, played little orphan Annie with such maturity and perfection. Oliver Warbucks was played by Brendan Herr, 7th grader, and oh my, what a singing voice! His interpretation of Daddy Warbucks and chemistry with Abigail was too cute to handle.

Arianna Smith as Miss Hannigan and Madison Kennedy as Grace, both 8th graders, also delivered entertaining and captivating performances with such talent! Rooster and Lily, the antagonists, were played by Dylan Trathen and Samantha Cassady, and were also very convincing. All of the characters played their roles extremely well, never missing a beat. The set pieces, lights, and sound were also very creative. Look out, Crown Point! You won’t want to miss out on Taft productions in the future!
