The Society for Human Resource Management of Northwest Indiana's mission is to be the primary source of human resources professional development in Northwest Indiana. To that end, we will provide opportunities to enhance abilities and become more effective in the human resource field by:

a. Providing professional development opportunities for our members;
b. Delivering quality services and resources to our members; and
c. Advancing the profession through involvement in SHRM at the local, state and national levels

The 2016 NWI SHRM Human Resources Conference will offer great information to advance the HR profession along with products and services from fabulous vendors!

The conference will take place Wednesday, April 13th, 2016 from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Merrillville IN.
