Basket Weaving 
A basket weaving class will be conducted by Margie Warner at 9:15 on Saturday, April 10, at the Portage Public Library, 2665 Irving Street. The project for this class is a braided tabletop basket. It has a wooden base with 4 knob legs. Will be embellished with a flower pot of flowers.. The cost of all materials is $24.00. A non refundable deposit of $10.00 is required at the time of registration. The class will be limited to 12 persons.

Blood Pressure Screening
Free blood pressure screening will be available at the Portage Public Library, 2665 Irving Street, on Monday April 5, from 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. Sponsored by Miller’s Senior Living Community, Portage.

Oil Painting Class
An all day beginning oil painting class, taught by Susan Young, will be held at the Portage Public Library, 2665 Irving Street, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., on Saturday, April 17. The project will be a Roses in a vase floral scene.
