Breathe and stretch your body and mind with Nora Brown, certified yoga instructor. This class will be offered every Monday, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Valparaiso Health Center's Community Room, located at 3800 St. Mary Drive in Valparaiso.
The cost is $50 for 8 classes*, or $8 per class. Bring your own yoga mat, towel, water bottle, etc.
Payment received in cash or checks made payable to St. Mary Medical Center. The fee is non-refundable.
