Before accepting his role as StoryPoint Chesterton’s Executive Chef, Brian Dougherty was working at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Indianapolis, so he knows the secret to making a gourmet steak sandwich. Due to Covid-19, the Indiana State Fair had to be canceled, so Dougherty’s recipe gives the public a taste of what they might have enjoyed.
