Summer Fun and Adventure Every Day at KidsCamp

KidsCamp-2013-winnersIt’s Tuesday morning and the kids are in the hard at work in the art room creating mosaic art which will be on display at the Art Fair. After Fine Art, they will break into small groups and engage in activities and discussion about healthy choices and positive self-esteem in Smart Moves. During lunch, the kids excitedly talk about the field trips they take every Wednesday. After lunch, a special guest will show them the science behind magic using every day household items. Later that afternoon, they will change into their swimwear and go outside for a game of water balloon toss. Just another typical summer day in KidsCamp.

KidsCamp, offered by Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County, is a unique day camp program which offers the best of both indoor and outdoor fun and learning. KidsCamp provides a fun environment for kids to learn new skills, make new friends and experience new opportunities all summer long.
