TCU Names Jason Osterhage as New President & Chief Executive Officer

Teachers Credit Union (TCU), announced today the appointment of Jason  Osterhage as its new president and chief executive officer, effective this week. In his new role,  Osterhage will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operation of TCU, as well as lead its executive  team on the path to achieve its strategic goals. Osterhage joins TCU with 17 years of experience in  financial services, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief operating officer at  Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Houston, Texas.

Osterhage began his credit union career 17 years ago at Delta Community Credit Union in Atlanta,  Georgia overseeing a range of functions including lending, corporate strategy, program management,  human resources, and enterprise data analytics. In 2012, he joined Alliant Credit Union in Chicago,  Illinois as chief lending executive. In his nine years there, in addition to all lending functions, he oversaw banking product strategy, member experience, retirement/wealth services, and led Alliant’s  agile/digital transformation programs. Most recently, he held the role of chief operating officer at  Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Houston, Texas supporting all revenue, member-service, and  market-facing aspects of the cooperative.
