Breanna Toppen had 19 points to lead the Kankakee Valley High School girls basketball team past North Judson on Thursday. Toppen hit five of her six free throw attempts in the win.
The Kougars also took advantage of 19 North Judson turnovers and held a 34-20 edge in the paint.
