As a hometown rep, Kennedy will be using word of mouth to spread the news about the Seregentee brand name. Kennedy is an active volunteer at school and in the community.

She wanted to be a rep because she likes the company's products, and most importantly, she likes the story behind the brand. The founders started by collecting fabric from different countries in Central America, Asia and Africa. Wanting to do something about the persistent issues in those countries, they began selling tee-shirts. Each tee-shirt is sewn with a pocket of fabric from a specific country to support a specific cause.

A portion of the proceeds goes back to the country and cause. Some of the current supported causes are Intrepid Fallen Heroes in the U.S., proverty in Sao Paulo, Brazil and an orphanage in Dar Salaam, Tanzania.
