Valparaiso High School played four matches this Saturday at the Michigan City Invite, winning one against the Mishawaka Cavemen 25-17, 25-19. Unfortunately, the Vikings fell to New Prairie 25-17, 20-25, 15-3, Concordia by a score of 25-18, 25-15, and Michigan City 18-25, 25-22, 5-15.
On the day, Jordan Snapp led the Vikes with 28 kills, with Sara Clark and Brigid Scannell adding 16 and 13, respectively. Alli Hauser scored 43 assists overall with Tarrah Laskey adding 33herself. Casey Earl led the way with 7 service aces, while Kate Workman contributed 33 digs.
The Varsity Volleyball squad's record fell to 10-12 on the year, but with a great 5-2 DAC mark.
