In the aftermath of the March 2nd storms that ripped through the Midwest, a group of Seniors at Valparaiso High School put together a fundraiser for Henryville High School, a school directly impacted by a tornado.
Hoops for Henryville is a 3-on-3 fundraiser in which students and faculty at VHS will play in order to raise money to help the relief efforts in Henryville. The fundraiser will take place on April 20th in the VHS main gym and fieldhouse.
The event is only open to VHS students and faculty to play in due to liability issues, but community members are welcome and encouraged to come, support, and donate to the fundraiser.
We have begun to take in donations from many in the community but need continued support as the fundraiser draws near.
