Volunteers Needed for Creekside Driving Range

Dear Golfers,

Hope everyone is handling the remainder of the cold weather as is primed and ready for Spring. The reason for this note is that we need a little volunteer help at Creekside. Due to a winter where snow coverage on the ground has never left us except for a couple of days, we are experiencing the need for range balls.

Normally we have enough “winter balls” to get us through the cold months, but due to this snow covered winter we have not been able to pick the range and we have reached a point where we need to manually pick the balls. That being the case we are asking anyone interested, to assist us on March 4th,5th and 6th from 7am till 11 am to pick balls.

We will also be picking balls on Sunday March 7 from 7-9 am. For everyone who picks balls each day we will give 2 large buckets of balls. If you can make it please bring a shag bag if you own one. We will also be furnishing cut off golf shafts to help “pop” the balls out of the ground for picking.

Thanks and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible during the next few days. Make sure you dress appropriately and either check in at the counter or find us gathering on the range for instructions.

Thanks
