Woodland Park Preschool Class Celebrates Valentine’s Day

V-Day-at-Woodland-2013-1Wednesday was Woodland Park Preschool's Valentine's Day party. It was such a good time for the kids and parents that were able to attend. The whole room was decorated with hearts and kisses and little streamers.

The day started out with a delightful little love bug craft project. All the kids got to glue little eyes on its face along with foam hearts and fuzzy balls. A snack of pizza, bread sticks, cookies, cupcake and ice cream was served with juice.

V-Day-at-Woodland-2013-2On to the games! The kids had bozo buckets with red glitter and heart cutouts on them and hot potatoe (heart) where prizes were given. All the kids then joined in for a balloon pop game. One mom actually put prizes inside the balloons. Next, Miss Patti led the entire class in a massive game of musical chairs.

All of the food, games, prizes and help (time) were donated by the parents so without them this party wouldn’t have been as fun as it was.
