• Registration form & hold harmless received by Monday 4/17/23
• $75 vendor fee per table
• Set-up begins at 7:30am
• Booths may not be dismantled before 11:30
• Provide health screenings, wellness programs, recreation, advocacy, door prize or giveaways, games, marketing materials and/or self-development opportunities
