To learn more about the signs and symptoms of pancreatic cancer and why early detection is key in its treatment during National Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, join board-certified gastroenterologist Anish Chopra, MD, as he leads Northwest Health’s next HealthyU wellness seminar entitled Early Detection of Pancreatic Cancer: The Key for Survival. The free event will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 13, 2023 in the Boardroom at Northwest Health – Porter, located at 85 E. U.S. Highway 6 in Valparaiso.

During his talk, Dr. Chopra will explain what pancreatic cancer is, the things you can do now to help lower your risk as well as the medical advancements that are leading to both earlier diagnoses and more effective treatment options.
